I agree 100%. I wince every time someone names one of those three as a credible source. They are essentially paid to say exactly what white people want to hear.

As for the virtue signaling, that's another great point. Republicans like to praise self-hating black pundits because it portrays the image that they actually don't hate black people. I can see exactly how Northern whites adopted this same mindset with regards to slavery.
