No one is arguing that we have 'racist' laws, but that much of the legislation we have NOW is rooted in racism. Example: The second amendment. It has its history in the Uniform Militia Act, which was a law that required all able-bodied WHITE men to be armed. Black people were not allowed to carry weapons under any circumstances. The Second Amendment was written in to reinforce the militia act. Thereby solidifying the belief that Black people are a threat when they are armed.

Read the Color of Law by Richard Rothstein or White Supremacy: A Comparative Study of American and South African History by George M Fredrickson; Perhaps then you'll have a greater understanding of the issue you seem to be purposely misrepresenting by using poor examples.
